I am a highly motivated and forward-thinking, broker-licensed real estate professional with a demonstrated ability to design, implement, and manage successful real estate sales and marketing strategies. To date, I have successfully closed over 150 real estate transactions throughout Maine.
With more than 19 years of experience, I have consistently leveraged emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage in real estate marketing and sales. I was among the first to introduce Matterport 3D and virtual reality property tours in Maine and am the owner of ListingTunnel.com, a Portland-based real estate marketing firm. Through this venture, I maintain strong professional relationships with more than 200 real estate agents and property developers throughout the state.
Outside of my professional life, I’ve had the privilege of serving as a co-facilitator at the Cancer Community Center (now The Dempsey Center), supporting individuals and families affected by cancer. I’m also passionate about senior dog rescue and have adopted several older dogs through Old Dogs New Digs and Harvest Hills Animal Shelter in Fryeburg.
I’ve called Maine home for more than 28 years. I currently split my time between Westbrook and Long Pond in Denmark, where I enjoy the quiet pace and sense of community that Maine is known for.

I am an experienced and results-driven real estate professional dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for my clients. With a background in sales for Fortune 500 companies, I understand that truly listening and caring about each client’s needs is the foundation for building lasting relationships.
Before launching my real estate career, I spent over 20 years as a mortgage loan officer—experience that continues to be invaluable in helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate financing and avoid potential challenges.
Beyond my professional career, I am a dedicated father and active community volunteer with a strong passion for advocating for people and the environment. I’m involved with the Maine Adaptive Ski Program at Pleasant Mountain and participate in the Westbrook, Portland, and Bridgton Chambers of Commerce. I also serve on the board of NEAAO as treasurer. I moved to Maine in 2004 and now divide my time between Westbrook and Denmark (Long Pond). As a child, I spent many joyful summers on Long Lake in Bridgton, which fostered my lifelong love for this region.
