I am a highly motivated and progressive broker-licensed real estate professional with the ideal skillset to initiate and manage successful real estate sales and marketing programs.

​

During my 18+ years of real estate experience, I have consistently recognized the value of new technologies that offer a leading edge in real estate sales. I was one of the first to bring 3D/VR property tours to Maine and am the owner of the Portland-based real estate marketing firm ListingTunnel.com. This allows me to have direct connections with over 500 real estate agents and property developers throughout Maine.

I am a 16-year cancer survivor, a passionate water sportsman, and a devoted “doggie dad.” I have volunteered as a co-facilitator at the Cancer Community Center (The Dempsey Center) and adopted senior dogs through the Old Dogs New Digs program and Harvest Hills in Fryeburg. I’m proud that Maine has been my home for over 28 years. I live in Westbrook and on Long Pond in Denmark, Maine.

I am a skilled real estate sales professional with years of industry experience. My focus is always on delivering results for my clients. Having worked in sales with Fortune 500 companies, I understand that being a good listener and caring about my client's needs is crucial to building lasting relationships.
 
Before starting my real estate career, I spent over 20 years as a mortgage loan officer. This experience has proven invaluable in helping clients navigate the complex world of real estate financing and avoiding potential issues.

In addition to my professional pursuits, I am a devoted father and volunteer. I am passionate about advocating for people and the environment. I actively participate in the Maine Adaptive Ski Program at Pleasant Mountain and the Westbrook, Portland, and Bridgton Chambers of Commerce. I moved to Maine in 2004 and currently reside in Westbrook and Denmark (Long Pond). I spent many happy summers on Long Lake in Bridgton as a child.
